A Journal of What's New

We're making this site better for you. And you better like it, or we'll have to fire our web person (shoot, that's me). Call this page an improvement blog... call it "a page with lots of words on it"... either way, it's purpose is simple: to show you that we're making your recruiting life a little easier, one entry at a time. We've got plenty of improvements coming your way, so keep checking back to land that next great candidate quicker and easier than ever.

Preview Job Postings9.9.2008
We think you should be able to Preview Job Postings before clicking that "Post this Job" button. Now you can!

1099 / Independent Reps 7.27.2008
You can fill the need for an Independent Rep or 1099 opening much quicker now. Candidate's have the ability to select whether or not they are currently an Independent Rep or 1099 and you can do a search to sort out who is and who isn't.

Month-to-Month Resume Searching 7.17.2008
Find yourself unwilling to commit to a long relationship? Now you can pay for Resume Searching month to month instead of being in a 3 month contract.

Inexperienced Need Not Apply 6.26.2008
Tired of sorting through tons of unqualified applicants? We thought you would be, so we gave you control to filter out those who lack the necessary requirements. It's your choice whether you want to let everyone apply or only those who have the necessary experience.

Refine Search 6.5.2008
Have too many results and want to narrow it down a bit, then this improvement was meant for you!

Highlighting and Counting of Keywords 6.5.2008
We made it so you can quickly glance at a Candidate's Info and see where your keywords are located. We took it one step further and show you exactly how many times the keywords show up in their Info and in their Resume.

Return to Search Results 6.3.2008
If you found yourself searching for a "back button" to quickly get back to your Search Results, now you quickly get back to your searching in the blink of an eye...or just one click of the mouse.

Search by Candidate's Current Title 6.3.2008
Got a pretty good idea of what position that ideal candidate should currently be holding? Now you can search for them by their Current Title.

Repost Your Expired Jobs 5.2.2007
For some of you, 90 days is not enough. Like Sonic the Hedgehog, you can now repost any of your expired jobs lightening fast. It takes one click. Just login and go to your “Manage Job Postings” page, and resurrect any expired job posting for 90 days.

Easier Emailing 4.20.2007
One of our recruiters mentioned that it’s a bit of a pain to copy and paste candidate’s email addresses into their mail program. We agree. Now you click a “send email” link, and your mail program fires up and starts a new message with the candidate’s email already filled in. It’s the little things that matter…

The Boot 8.23.2006
Access to our site is limited to one person per account. Now we enforce it. If you choose to "share," you are really choosing to steal. And it hurts both of us: we won't be able to make our Lamborghini payments ;) nor will we have funds to improve/advertise the site for you. So now if you share, you get the boot. Of course you are welcome to buy resume search yourself, and find out why people are digging us.

Real Time Statistics 8.14.2006
For some of us, decisions come down to the numbers. And often people ask us:

We updated the "learn more about resume search" page with answers to these questions so you can make an infomed decision. Plus there's a cool picture of an abacus.

Have A Suggestion?

Although our to do list is a bit long right now, we would love to hear your suggestions. Drop us a line and tell us your thoughts. Otherwise learn more about resume search, our bread and butter.
