Option 2: Hide Your Info
You can choose to completely hide your personal contact information from employers if you wish. However, contacting you won't be as easy for the employer/recruiter. Things such as your name, address, phone number, and email are hidden. This is the option to pick if you are petrified of your boss finding out that your resume is on a job board. But, chances are, his/her resume is posted too! It's a smart career move to keep your feelers out there.
PS: If you choose to keep your info hidden, make sure that your resume does not contain your name, address, phone number, or email. When you apply for jobs, we temporarily unlock your privacy settings so that only the company you're applying for knows who you are.
