Job Description
The Field Service Representative (FSR) is a critical, new addition to the LifeWatch sales organization. This individual will support Client Executives in specific geographies across the country. He or she will take direction from the Client Executive and/or Director of Sales regarding specific accounts that require sales support in such areas as training, product/service information and general follow-up.
Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Healthcare, or Health Sciences are strongly preferred) * Passion for providing world-class client service * Outstanding written and oral communication/presentation skills * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Strong relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work overtime as needed * Ability to travel as needed within the assigned region Preferred Qualifications: * minimum 1+ years work experience following completion of college degree and a desire to build a career in medical device sales * Prior work experience in customer service, sales, project management, healthcare, or IT * Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Power Point EOE M/F/D/V
