Job Description
Sechrist Industries, a global leader in hyperbaric and respiratory therapy equipment has an opening for a Quality Engineer / Complaints Investigator.
Review customer calls to identify, document, trend and investigate complaints to conclusion.
Perform technical quality and engineering functions such as recommendations for process / product improvement and supplier qualification.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or technical field
Minimum 5 yrs Quality Assurance experience in FDA regulated environment.
Proficient in computer application skills, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
Must have a proven success record at root cause analysis.
Able and willing to travel occasionally, both driving locally and air travel as required.
