Job Description
Lead a team of designers on a multi-PCB project while designing one of the PCBs on the program. Be responsible for the team coordination so all PCBs will function together and complete on the planned schedule. The candidates must have experience with complex and high speed digital electronic design utilizing FPGAs, DSPs, ASICs, etc. They must understand how to design to meet EMI and RFI requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a design team, move the team to complete the project.
* Generate module specifications for outsourced items.
* As part of a design team, generate Electrical Module Specifications.
* Implement designs in schematic form.
* Specify functions for implementation in an FPGA.
* Worst case analysis for the design.
* Bring-up and verify prototype of the design in the lab.
* Review other team member's designs.
* Review production issues with designs.
* Support integration of electronic modules with FPGA and software.
Job Requirements
Knowledge/Experience:
* BS Electrical Engineering.
* Analog and Digital design experience required.
* 16+ years relevant industry experience.
* Team leadership skills.
* Planning skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* PC based design tools.
* ISO, FDA or other regulated industry training and experience.
* Ability to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations
