The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading the warehouse team and ensuring our customers receive their shipments in the right quantity, on time and in a safe manner.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Logistics and Operations and is part of the Ohio Operations leadership team located in Middleburg Heights, OH, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Supervise warehouse associates and daily operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and components.

+ Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and On Time Delivery (OTD).

+ Works to resolve escalated customer issues and initiate actions to ensure timely customer satisfaction.

+ Works with Quality and Regulatory Affairs on compliance and temperature controls for shipping products while demonstrating a commitment to safety and complying with Legal Regulations.

+ Key contributor in setting up and maintaining Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ).

+ Ensures adherence to and maintains Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) Certification.

+ Oversee freight carrier updates with vendors and equipment maintained for warehouse processing.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Minimum 5+ years comprehensive warehouse operations/logistics experience with at least 2+ years of supervisory experience.

+ Knowledge of forklift and other warehouse equipment.

+ Possess knowledge of MS Office products and ERP systems

+ High school diploma or GED required, bachelor degree preferred

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

+ Must be able to stand for more than half time, in addition to walking/stooping/kneeling/climbing

+ Must be able to maneuver products that weigh up to 100 pounds with mechanical assistance.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping procedures.

+ Previous experience setting up or working in an existing Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ).

+ Knowledge of US and International Customs, CTPAT and FDA compliance standards.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
