The Sr Associate of Portfolio PSP is part of the Patient Services Program team and reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager of Portfolio PSP
This role is responsible for ensuring PSP budget and project management, brand planning activities, and overall strategic planning are effectively, efficiently and collaboratively executed to meet patient and market needs
**Responsibilities for this role will include the following:**
+ Executes above-brand PSP branding activities, including creating, posting, implementing and educating customers on PSP activities
+ Tracks planning spend to budget and monitors spend through budget management
+ Serves as main project manager and responsible for maintaining and executing timelines and milestones relevant to PSP planning processes
+ Develops internal cross-brand planning documents to help manage the planning process across products
+ Assists development and execution of cross-functional strategic planning, including business unit meetings and trainings
+ Establish cross-functional check ins and touch points with other business units as well as internal partners to ensure maintenance of Amgen legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
+ Serve as liaison for all cross-brand enabling functions (e.g. L-R-Q-S)
+ Serve as liaison with Pulse team to ensure effective communication and coordination, ultimately maximizing connectivity
+ MAC submission of all Portfolio PSP materials
+ Coordinate functional plan and calendar management (i.e. semester meetings, brand planning)
Master’s degree or Master’s degree completed by start date
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of marketing, sales, project management and/or commercial operations experience
Associate’s degree and 6 years of marketing, sales, project management and/or commercial operations experience
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of marketing, sales, project management and/or commercial operations experience
+ Strong coordination skills and the ability to navigate through the cross-functional matrix
+ Tracking, follow-up and proven skills at completing complex projects on time and with no errors is critical
+ Excellent oral and written communication is key for maintaining good relations with our internal and external partners
+ Ability to work with compliance and MAC and understand how to submit materials for MAC review
+ Ability to work with budget coordinator to understand how to track Patient Access teams’ budget
+ Ability to work with MyBuy
+ Ability to use Excel to track budget
+ Ability to create clear and concise power point slides
+ Demonstrated ability to manage large complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
+ Ability to work with the third party entities in a complex collaboration
+ Ability to prepare essential RAV materials and templates
