Assess and ensure the distribution compliance of Edwards’ products based on part attributes, country requirements and regulatory approvals.

**Essential Job Functions:**

+ Provide guidance to departments (such as, regulatory, clinical, marketing, etc.) across the entire supply chain continuum (e.g., plan, source, make and deliver) for new product launches and sustaining product lines and assess for compliant distribution

+ Provide training and coaching to all compliant distribution users

+ Develop and perform detailed and complex analysis to improve supply chain operations

+ Develop and lead the execution of complex supply chain related projects (e.g., NPD introductions)

+ Create and maintain processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) for applicable Supply Chain functions

+ Conduct investigations and/or analysis for complex issues

+ Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership

Qualifications:

**Required Education/Skills/Experience:**

+ Bachelor’s degree required. Business or related field preferred

+ Three years of experience performing detailed and complex data analysis.

+ Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry preferred

+ Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems (e.g., SQMS, JDE, JDA) required

+ Good project management skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills

+ Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

+ Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain including FDA and ISO laws and regulations applicable to medical device industry

+ Advanced problem-solving skills

+ Strict attention to detail

+ Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

+ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

+ Leadership, talent development and communication skills

+ Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects, and vendors/suppliers
