**Primary objective:** The Communication Manager is responsible for supporting the branding communications for vaccine of Pfizer business in China. The position reports to the Brand Communication Director in China and is based in Beijing

The Communication Manager will:

+ Support the branding communication of Pfizer business in China.

+ Work closely with business units, especially the vaccine marketing teams in developing and executing communications strategies/plans for:

+ Vaccine/brand communication

+ Issues and crisis management

+ Media relations maintenance in the assigned areas **Requirements**

+ The candidate will have >3 years’ experience in communications or relevant areas. Experience in an international environment in China is preferred.

+ Bachelor degree or above in Communications or a related discipline.

+ Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.

+ Demonstrated skills in developing, managing and delivering communication strategies and plans in large and complex organizations.

+ Experience in and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry preferred.

+ Experience in effectively using communication skills to influence internal and external audiences.

+ Proven skill at working effectively across functions and at multiple levels; strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

+ Project management skills/experience is preferred

+ Customer-focused/led by stakeholder needs.

Ability to work to deadlines and maintain high levels of professionalism under pressure.
