**Reporting to Division Manager , we are looking for a** **CAHF Assistant** **to join** **our CAHF** **team in Italy.**
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
+ This position is responsible for administrative support and coordination of business activities in the CAHF division, providing intra-divisional (i.e. Sales Team, Marketing & Education, FTEs) and extra-divisional (i.e. Corporate HQ, Functions, Medical Community) interface.
+ This function is also responsible for carrying out the organization of planned meetings, marketing activities, congresses and workshops, ensuring a proper and efficient service to external and internal customers
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Be a front line interface with the Medical Community on behalf of CAHF Division Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Education Manager and Marketing Managers.
+ Set up sponsorship agreements and educational grants, complying with relevant regulations and code of ethics.
+ Support the implementation of scientific and marketing activities at congresses in cooperation with marketing department.
+ Set up, monitor and renew consultancy contracts with HCPs.
+ Update promotional expenses file in collaboration with Finance department in order to ensure immediate and correct information to CAHF Sales and Marketing managers.
+ Support DMs in assuring compliance with all HCC, Quality and Regulatory rules and handling related duties and responsibilities.
+ Be the leading interface between CAHF Division and other departments (i.e. OEC, Finance, Market Access & Events) for all related issues.
+ Interact with other CAHF assistants in order to build a true collaborative team of assistants.
+ Co-ordinate and set up sales meetings in conjunction with people from other departments.
+ Attend local meetings when required.
+ Develop a reasonable knowledge of CAHF products.
+ Ensure all Abbott standing Regulatory and Quality Procedures are followed
+ Ensure to be a valid back up to other CAHF Assistants, collaborating and being constantly informed on all CAHF business activities.

**EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES**
+ University Degree
+ Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal and at least one other European language.
+ At least 6 years in similar activities or in a similar role.
