**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Join Digital HUB in Philips Domestic Appliance to collaborate closely on digital projects across the EMEA region and support the operation of Media and Creation teams.

**You are responsible for**

+ Daily support of HUB Team, Media and Creation teams in various digital projects.

+ Assist in digital media activation on key platforms as Amazon, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube

+ Collect data/ensure the proper flow of data from media campaigns managed by HUB on different platforms and support in analysis

+ Ensuring the proper flow of invoices

+ Preparation of presentations, excel summaries, and analysis for the HUB team

+ Supporting HUB process execution and improvement

+ Participate in business meetings and key processes

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**

+ Student of last year or Graduate of Master or Bachelor Degree

+ Fluent in English & Polish

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills – secure proper information gathering and flow

+ Project management skills, capacity to deliver the input on time – ownership of the project

+ Positive approach towards challenges

+ Focus on details

+ Passion for the digital marketing

+ Motivation to learn fast and act with agility

+ Business curiosity and continuous improvements

+ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint

+ Proactivity/ Building relations skills
