The Procedural Solutions Team seeks a highly versatile, proven and accomplished individual who can work in a highly matrixed environment to lead the management of the SymphonySuite solution in the USA and expand to global markets.
You should have a proven track record of successful execution of marketing programs, influence management skills, the ability to work through complex processes common in large organizations, communicate effectively, and maintain composure in the midst of many competing priorities. In addition, the ability to prioritize and deliver solutions to team members ahead of or on time.
**You are responsible for**
As the SymphonySuite Product Manager will serve a key role in developing downstream marketing strategy and tactical execution of deliverables. These strategies and deliverables are crucial to the success of the team. In addition, you will will assist in market research, data analytics, and communication tools to further the goals of Philips’ solution-based approach to meeting customer needs.
+ Market the SymphonySuite solution as a product to US and global markets. Like any product to be managed, strategy and attention needs to be paid to ensuring supply chain, legal, regulation, and compliance, marketing communications, field sales, and divisional management are all aligned to deliver a solution to our customers that is unmatched in the industry
+ Lead the development of marketing campaigns that build the SymphonySuite brand (campaigns include digital, print, and trade show related mediums)
+ Lead designated trade show strategy and support e.g. symposium planning, activity at tradeshows, and collaboration with the broader marketing organizations
+ Manages marketing processes including document approval, customer show site visits, customer travel logistics, customer payments, team meetings, and other critical processes
+ Provide insight and drive process improvement to current and future ways of working
+ Partner with Sr. Marketing Manager to develop customer incentive programs that encourage the customer to stay engaged with Philips products and services for years after the initial sale of equipment
+ Create communications and communicate to the broader Philips organization regarding SymphonySuite successes and developments. Network across Philips to ensure ongoing support and coordination with the SymphonySuite solution in global markets
+ Lead a competitive intelligence effort on a regular basis and report back to the broader Procedural Solutions and IGT marketing teams
+ Participate in the OBL Medical Advisory Board meetings throughout the year
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
+ Minimum BS/BA degree; Masters degree preferred
+ 3+ years of experience in the medical device space in a commercial role (e.g. training, marketing, sales)
+ A knowledge of the medical device industry is necessary
+ Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills are required
+ Computer skills competency including Excel, Word and PowerPoint programs is necessary
+ Demonstrated ability to learn process management systems is key. e.g. Agile, Concur, Oracle
+ Ability to flourish in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
+ Comfortable with ambiguity and sees new challenges as exciting
+ Strong results orientation and change agent. Must be fair, balanced, resilient, decisive and of high authenticity and integrity
+ Strong written and oral communication skills. This includes composure of tactful yet clear communication in sometimes difficult situations
+ Ability to build strong relationships across a wide spectrum of internal and external parties
+ Ability to travel once or twice a quarter as business needs determine (ie. Customer visits, trade shows and conferences, team meetings)
