The Product Manager – Learning Solutions for Cytiva is responsible for understanding market needs, defining product vision and strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and continuously improve a product that delivers value to both customers and the business.

This position is part of the Learning Solutions team located in Marlborough, MA and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

+ Be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with functions across the organisation, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

+ Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for our learning products. Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for success.

+ Analyze competitive landscape including product offerings, performance claims, overall market positioning and selling strategies to develop and maintain action plans, drive product portfolio growth and gain market share.

+ Establish scope for new product development activities using rigorous Voice of Customer, prioritization and growth tools.

+ Accountable for orchestrating and ensuring the successful execution of the product launch by coordinating cross-functional teams, defining strategies, ensuring product readiness, managing market positioning, engaging customers, and monitoring performance to meet defined objectives.

Who you are:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

+ Strong analytical and financial skills with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

+ Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with strong understanding of product development and lifecycle.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work with people from various functional disciplines including: sales, marketing, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, legal, Danaher Business System and planning.

+ Ability to actively manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

Travel Requirements:

+ Ability to travel – 30% travel, overnight, globally

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Financial modelling

+ Learning product development and life cycle management

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
