We are seeking a Global Test Lead to join our Program who will work across a dedicated team of colleagues that will deliver the next generation of technologies to support our Gene Therapy (GTx) product launches. These capabilities will support all phases of a patient’s journey from diagnosis through treatment, as well as the integration with external health care providers and delivery systems that are required to provide these breakthrough treatments.
**Role Summary**
The Global Test Lead for our Gene Therapy Program is a Senior Manager level position that will have accountability for our integrated testing strategy, planning, & execution for our Gene Therapy Digital Commercialization Program. This is a global role that will report into the PMO organization working across Digital & business stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness of all Digital solutions necessary for launch readiness in each market.
The preferred candidate is a solid communicator with demonstrated experience as Test Lead for similar large global IT Programs working with US and commercial market teams around the world.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Define & manage the E2E Testing strategy for the GDC Program based on input from various solution/business owner teams
+ Provide program management framework & structure to support E2E GTx testing, cutover readiness planning, coordination and execution
+ Working with the US & IDM/EM Deployment leads, define E2E scope and overall test plan, strategy and timeline in preparation for GTx launch across all markets
+ While each solution team will manage their own software delivery testing, this role will ensure all integration points and end-to-end business process scenarios are planned & executed successfully and on-plan
+ Coordinate key events such as test shipments, E2E dress rehearsal planning & execution involving Pfizer Digital, business, and 3rd party stakeholders
+ Ensure solution team testing platforms and test preparations are ready for on-time execution
+ Partner with solution teams to develop an integrated test plan with Release/Production cutover milestones across multiple concurrent markets
+ Report on Program-level solution testing milestones, progress/metrics, issues; assist with issues escalated by solution teams
+ Drive team members and stakeholders to timelines and deliverables and implement improvements to streamline testing processes with various teams
+ Provide input to Deployment launch readiness stage gates related to solution testing & E2E integrated readiness
**Qualifications**
**Must-Have**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 7 years in similar roles in consulting, software, life sciences or related area; or 6+ years with advanced degree
+ Testing Lead professional with deep knowledge & minimum 5 years of experience leading integrated software testing strategy & execution for large global IT Programs
+ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, including meeting facilitation and presentation skills
+ Track record of strong partnership with peers & senior level leaders and working effectively across a highly matrixed organization
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail-oriented work
+ Experience with test management software & metrics reporting tailored to various levels of stakeholders
