**About Baxter’s Cleveland, MS Facility:**
Cleveland’s technology and automation is cutting edge. It is the U.S. sole source for plastic pour bottles, glass IV, and various reconstitution devices. This facility produces a number of major product lines with a diverse array of automated manufacturing technologies ranging from bottle solution filling, injection molding, tubing extrusion, and device assembly.
Our Cleveland plant has been an integral part of Baxter for over 60 years. The work is challenging and rewarding, as Baxter offers competitive compensation and benefits. **Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Install electrical circuits.
+ Build, install, and troubleshoot control circuits for equipment.
+ Install transformers and overhaul equipment – maintenance & production.
+ Select fuses, circuit breakers, overload relays for installation/replacement.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics national electrical code.
+ Operate and maintain 3-phase induction motors and in-plant power distribution systems.
+ Perform air conditioning maintenance (to include chillwater).
+ Microprocessor experience
+ Must have knowledge of both plant and departmental environmental health and safety regulations and comply with said regulations accordingly.
+ HVAC maintenance.
+ Industrial maintenance.
+ Pipe fitting and welding.
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Must have at least 3 years general maintenance experience.
+ Basic electrical skills.
+ Pipe fitting and welding.
+ Ability to use electrical test equipment; e.g., volt-ohm meter, ammeter, meg-ohmmeter, wiggy.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and install DC equipment/controllers, generators, solenoids, relays, motors, power supplies.
+ Ability to maintain air conditioning and heating systems.
+ Ability to perform industrial maintenance.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Ability to push, pull up to 100 pounds
+ Ability to lift above the shoulder up to 30 pounds
+ Ability to bend/stoop
+ Ability to climb ladders
+ Ability to reach above the shoulder
+ Ability to meet confined space entry requirements
+ Ability to maneuver in tight spaces
+ Ability to work in unfavorable conditions (hot/cold temperatures)
+ Meet visual acuity requirements as documented in the Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity Procedure CL-01-01-037.
+ Audiometric testing and hearing protection are required
+ Ability to work in high places off the ground
