**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

**You are responsible for**
+ Implement and execute our people strategy with Sales Leaders and HRBP, management and other stakeholders (CoE, PPS).
+ Act as a sparring partner for HRBP and sales leaders on local implications and solutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures.
+ Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational capabilities development
+ Manage / support local industrial / labor relations activities, if applicable.
+ Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service.
**You are a part of**
You will report to Sales VP and collaborate with many other teams including sales leaders, HRBP/HRM, TA etc.,.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
+ Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics)
+ 5 years of relevant working experience in dealing with operational HR matters within a business context
+ Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution of HR activities
+ Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework
+ Practice in making business decisions that align with organizational goals
+ Experience in different business/functional areas
+ Experience in managing stakeholders
+ Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects
