**You are responsible for**

Market solution architect are responsible for designing solutions based on performance data, first-hand review and analysis, customer feedback and industry best practices. Identifies performance improvement opportunities for Philips customers, and architects/design solutions to address customers’ needs using technologies and services from Philips and potentially external partners. Develops the solution with other domain experts while matching the customer requirements and willingness to pay. Applies expertise to the sales process concerning services and the level of effort in an engagement to assure customer success and positive business result including:

* Drive the development & crafting of the informatics solutions in collaboration with customers, Philips teams (including SMM, GA, HS business clusters, L4L) and external experts/parties.

* Informatics 2nd technical support providing HIT know-how to drive integrated solutions.

* MEGA solutions and big bets projects

**You are a part of**

Clinical & Technical Solutions Team, to drive clinical & technical driven solution business growth by leading to technical excellence with digital/AI innovation and clinical science and etc. The team will leverage with the latest technical trends and opportunities in the marketplace to develop local-relevant clinical solutions and provide solid clinical and technical support to strategic account management, solution marketing across clusters and professional services and etc.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**

+ MS or PhD degree in medical science, biomedical engineering, physics or other relevant technical background.

+ Above 8 years industrial (or clinical R&D) experience in healthcare products or solutions

* Awareness of services delivery processes with a focus on Solution Design & Delivery/Project Management

* Requires a broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcare with specialized knowledge in relevant domain

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance

* High-level professional demeanor and interpersonal communications skills; superb writing skills in local language and English

* Strong collaboration skills in a multinational environment

* Requires understanding of Solution Design & Delivery/Project Management methodology

* Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance

* Consistently meet or exceed deadline deliverables
