The material enrollment lead is vital to making sure customers and patients have the medicines they need, when they need them. Working with our core team, you’ll help bring medicines to the world even faster by imagining what’s possible and taking action.

**What You Will Achieve**

Working with Pfizer’s enrollment team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the enrollment process from sourcing to qualification/approval. Serving as a liaison between key functional areas, project team, and line management. You will review enrollment status, schedules, and preparing status reports. Your organizational and problem-solving skills will help in assessing project issues and developing resolutions in order to meet productivity, quality and client satisfactions goals.

As a Lead, you will provide guidance to operational teams for managing raw material enrollment concerns. You will be proactive in providing areas of improvement for the enrollment process. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate CI projects and problem solving with stakeholders. It is your hard work and focus that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.

**How You Will Achieve It**

+ Own Tier 2 DOC for material enrollment

+ Track DOC agenda and assign enrollment action items, as needed.

+ Report out weekly enrollment closures.

+ Run commitment reports for enrollment team.

+ Own Tier 2 CI

+ Facilitate team planning meetings.

+ Responsible for enrollment tracker

+ Attend update material update meetings.

+ Act as single point of contact for enrollment related issues and subject matter expert on the process.

+ Manages and reviews status of ongoing enrollments, provide updates on progress to key stakeholders.

+ Represent enrollments on project teams as needed.

+ Responsible for mitigating resource needs, prioritization of work, and funding requests.

+ Establish a high functioning team environment.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have**

+ Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience OR Master’s degree with more than 1 year of experience.

+ Experience in manufacturing/technology transfer/Project Management in a bio-pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment.

+ A mix of hands-on project management, manufacturing understanding, and tech transfer leadership experience

+ Knowledge of regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical industry for example compendial and non-compendial

+ Strong managerial experience in engineering/manufacturing

+ Proven ability to develop a team of technical resources to deliver on business needs.

+ Managing GMP enrollments from sourcing through closure.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills are needed.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time and working within a matrix organization is required.

**Nice-to-Have**

+ Project management experience in a multi-faceted, complex, fast paced pharmaceutical manufacturing operation.

+ Position requirements are typical for an office-based work environment.

+ There are no unusual requirements for this position.

**Non-Standard work schedule, travel or environment requirements**

+ The role of enrollment lead typically works a routine weekly work schedule.

+ May occasionally require extended hours.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 to $130,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
