For Amgen Nordic and Baltic organization (based in Solna, Sweden), we are looking for a full time Multichannel Marketing Specialist for a one-year assignment with chances for extension. The person will work in an international team and will report to Commercial Excellence Manager.

We offer a unique possibility to gain insight into the pharmaceutical markets in the Nordic & Baltic countries at an exciting time of new product launches. This role will be crucial in coordinating and driving new cross functional projects within CRM/digital marketing area. The work will involve collaboration with multiple teams and will bring the possibility to broaden knowledge by hands-on experience.

**Main Responsibilities**

+ Coordinate digital channel projects in the affiliate

+ Plan, manage and implement digital campaigns working closely with internal teams and external agencies

+ Optimize and analyze websites. Provide support in digital analytics

+ Work closely with business to align digital and content strategy across platforms and channels

+ Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

+ Deliver reporting & post implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement of digital marketing campaigns and programs

+ Ensure knowledge transfer to all stakeholders on affiliate level and be main bridge between Nordic & Baltic region and European central teams for multichannel specific topics

+ Occasional travel to other countries in Europe will be required


+ **Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications** with advanced technical skills. Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree or higher in **IT, Computer Science or Computer engineering** supported by experience from marketing projects

+ **3 – 5 years** of relevant experience with Digital Media and in Digital Marketing with understanding of content management and marketing automation

+ Experience in **implementing and administering of digital marketing channels** (webinars, webcasts, websites, e-mail marketing)

+ Experience in monitoring/tracking of digital activities using **digital analytics** tools

+ Advanced user skills in **Excel**

+ Experience in at least one of these topics below is a strong plus

+ **Salesforce** and **Marketing Cloud**

+ **Sitecore** or other **CMS**

+ **Adobe InDesign**

+ Proficiency in a Nordic language is considered is a plus, but it is not a must for the position
