The North America (NA) Product Manager partners with Mammotome’s NA Biopsy and OR Product Managers. In this role you will play a critical role developing and executing sales and marketing communications, tools and programs in cooperation with internal partners. This includes owning special projects.

How will you be successful?

+ Work closely key partners in Sales, Professional Education, Clinical, Marketing Communications, Corporate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, etc. to develop and implement marketing plans to achieve forecast, maximize revenue, profitability and procedure adoption.

+ Develops and drives achievement of annual product sales and procedure growth within assigned area.

+ Actively spends time with customers, internal and field visits, to ensure alignment of marketing plans to fulfill customer and market needs and to ensure strong customer insights.

+ Participate in major marketing initiatives as assigned to enhance overall function of US Marketing organization (i.e., cost and efficiency, convention strategy, return on investment, improvements, etc.).

+ Drives execution with Operations Management to plan and communicate production and inventory needs based on annual forecasts and monthly updates.

+ Support Field Sales Organization on highly technical product inquiries and provide them with tools to execute business plans to Region.

+ Provide appropriate product information, including technical date and product availability information, CAPA.

+ Ensure effective launch of new products within assigned brands.

+ Support Global Marketing Organization through sharing key strategies and marketing materials to global partners.

+ We represent the US region in providing inputs to New Product Development.

+ Identify and provide key needs for new products/solutions to partner from VOC, evidence generation, etc.

+ We actively share and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure standard methodology sharing, efficiency and effectiveness of marketing resources.

+ Accountable for personal developmental plan and review with supervisor.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field equivalent required.

+ MBA preferred but not required.

+ Minimum of 4 years’ business to business (B2B) experience within a Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Sales or Clinical role

+ Prior experience in product management

+ Industry experience in healthcare, medical device or pharmaceuticals is preferred but not required

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Travel requirements

+ 25% travel with a mix of domestic and international locations

+ Typical work-related travel assignments range 3-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
