In this Role you will assume responsibility to lead our team in providing quality patient care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge and you will be responsible to direct, assign and supervise ancillary staff team members in providing the appropriate level of care in the most efficient manner. You will also act as a role model to staff members.
Qualified candidates will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse licenser. Previous ED/Telemetry experience preferred, will consider Med/Surg experience. BSN preferred. BCLS, ACLS required; PALS, ENPC and TNCC preferred. Scheduled Hours 36 hours per week, 12 hour night shifts, 7pm-7am. Every other weekend & holiday required.
