The Senior Coordinator Non-Technical Customer Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing our parts inventory within our Canadian organization as well as other related duties.

This position is part of Technical Service team located in Canada and will be Hybrid – based in Mississauga, Ontario. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Canadian Organization Field Services team and report to the Canadian Service Coordinator Supervisor. If you thrive in a fast-paced role and want to work to build a world-class Field Service organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Manage both site and field parts operations in Canada, partnering with North American logistics departments. Coordinating field service team cycle counts AND calibration of Field Service Technician’s tools

+ Use Service Max / Oracle to retrieve customer and other installed base information, inventory availability, part order status, all work order updates, and to make changes as required with a sense of urgency

+ Serve as back up to our Field Service Coordination team. This includes monitoring workload and assigning Work Orders, updating administrative records for Field Service, and may assist in closing out service orders when needed. Manages field service time off and administrative records, including sick time and vacation time

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ High School Degree / Equivalent and at least 1 year of Service Coordination and Inventory Management center experience

+ Fluent in English and French (oral & written)

+ Proficient using Microsoft Excel

​ It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Technical / College Degree

+ Experience with Oracle and Service Max

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
