Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products (SI EP) is looking
for a dynamic, results oriented finance professional to join our finance team. This
is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing business by working closely
with operations teams in ensuring financial transparency and accuracy, internal
controls, reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, monitoring and adherence
to KPI’s as well as continuous improvement while collaborating with a team of
financial analysts.
**This role reports to the Plant Controller and isbased out of Fort Worth, TX.**
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will make an impact with
the following responsibilities:
+ Consolidateand analyze financial statements including P&L and balance sheet,compare to forecast/budget, provide variance commentaries and reportresults to senior management.
+ Drivetasks include but not limited to revenue and cost recognition, month-endclosing, forecasting, and cost center planning and analysis.
+ Engagewith the operations team as well as with other finance colleagues tounderstand and quantify the financial impacts to the business.
+ Havea continuous improvement mindset and work on processes to optimizeoperational performance and provide new insights that help in analysis anddecision making.
+ Adoptand streamline new processes and reports by automating and digitalizing
+ Collaboratewith stakeholders within and outside the plant including operations,business segment, performance controlling, other plants, procurement,accounting, IT, and others.
+ Performad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

**Basic Qualification:**
+ Bachelor’sdegree in a business-related field
+ 8+years of experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis. Manufacturing experiencea plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Workingknowledge of SAP FICO.
+ Proventrack record of performing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
+ Abilityto network, collaborate and willingness to learn
+ Experienceusing automation tools such as Knime and Tableau will be a plus
+ Strongcommunication and presentation skills
+ Abilityto effectively manage deadlines, prioritize and multi-task
+ Legallyauthorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basiswithout company sponsorship
