**Purpose of this role:**

Responsible for driving operations and business penetration in large accounts* by meeting with drs, patients, nursing staff and purchase authorities. Educating about Baxter PD therapy and coordinating with SM and CTLs to drive business results from large accounts.


•Train the patient/care giver on the process of peritoneal dialysis, infection-identification and immediate management. •Observe the exchange procedure being undertaken by the care taker/patient. •Guide the patient/care taker through the entire process of peritoneal dialysis exchange including room set-up, hand-washing, exit site care

and dressing, and actual exchange.

**Strategic** **Imperative:**

•Drive Awareness and Adoption of PD •Driver High Performance PD Penetration in Key accounts ( APD and Extraneal)•Improve ASP Across Portfolio

**Sales** **activation**

•Prepare a list of patients who can be moved to Extraneal/APD.•Plan for patient file discussion with Drs. •Conduct patient programmes•Monthly account wise planning of Initiations•Manage achievement of the Initiations and management of losses .• **Trade** **partner management** •Follow up with purchase departments of the key accounts for procurement of orders.•Appointment and management distributor.•Ensure convenient availability of Baxter’s products and services to customers through distributor appointments after identifying the distribution needs, managing and monitoring their stock, supply and service


•Coordination with CTLs , SM & Marketing for APD machine documentation & registration for scheme Patients
