We are seeking a Financial Analyst to be an integral member of a highly dynamic and energetic team. The qualified candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting with a proven business understanding and previous work experience of 1-3 years in project controlling, financial reporting, and technical accounting. Financial Analyst must have excellent communication skills for collaboration with business stakeholders across various departments, factories, and business segments.Your Tasks and responsibilities• Lead the Go4Cash activities partnering with Global Share Services Collections team, Sales and Project Management.• Act as Commercial Partner to Project Management Organization to optimize financial projects’ results in profit and cashflow.• Contribute to the ongoing ERP improvements for forecasting and monitoring accuracy for cash collections.• Prepare various standard and ad hoc financial reports as well as KPIs to provide meaningful and accurate financial information to for the Russelectric organization.• Seek out opportunities for digitalization in finance to promote innovation within our standard reporting and closing processes.• Drive DSO targets and ensure cash flow improvement.• Participate in month-end process and support on balance sheet management and analysis.• Support in invoicing of sales orders according to milestones defined in the billing plan• Month-End and other Jes: Accounting entry through the Cadency tool.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administrator.• Experience in financial reporting and consolidation, technical accounting, and operational improvement required• Experience with problem solving methodologies• Strong interpersonal skills and communications•Good verbal and written communication skills in English required•Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to influence people in a fast-paced multi-cultural business environment.• Ability to learn and lead process improvement using new reporting tools such as but not limited to Tableau, Knime, SAP Analytics Cloud.• Preferred knowledge in RIC and Siemens FRG’s.• Proficiency with SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Office toolsEqual Employment Opportunity Statement Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
