The Incoming Quality Assurance Testing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the testing activities performed both by Aldevron and contract test laboratories and driving them to timely completion in support of department and company KPIs.

This position reports to the Incoming Quality Assurance Supervisor and is part of the Incoming Quality Assurance Team located in Fargo, ND and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Coordinate and manage outsource testing schedules by working with internal teams and external labs, ensuring timely analysis and release of batches.

+ Serve as the primary liaison for internal and contract laboratories, overseeing sample submissions, test panel reviews, quotes, and purchase orders.

+ Support quality systems and continuous improvement by authoring records (e.g., deviations, CAPAs), maintaining SOPs, and promptly reporting non-conformances.

+ Monitor CTL metrics including on-time delivery and quality to drive performance improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ 1+ years working in a GMP facility with e xperience in reviewing test data set for consistency and reliability

+ Experience in Dynamics 365

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Experience in measurement and trending of KPIs

+ Experience in project management

+ Experience in LIMS
