The Medical Devices Cleanroom Team Leader for Cytiva is responsible for leading and supervising a team of production operators within a cleanroom environment to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing processes.

This position is part of the Medical Devices department located in Cardiff and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

+ Ensure all safety standards, key business drivers, and production needs are met.

+ Manage and troubleshoot production issues and communicate with stakeholders in operations and commercial.

+ Responsible for performance management (P4G) and development planning (D4G) for managed associates.

Who you are:

+ Proven experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or food industry production environments, preferably within a cleanroom setting.

+ Experience working within a QMS and to cGMP.

+ Previous experience of managing a team.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Kanban systems.
