As a Lead Translation Coordinator, you will be part of a newly established Labeling team in Radiometer Bangalore, together with eight other colleagues.The Labeling team in Bangalore is part of Radiometer’s Global Labeling team, located in Denmark and Poland, and you will have your direct reference to the Senior Manager, Technical Publications in Denmark.Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for coordinating translations of labeling in 30+ languages, working according to already defined processes, and based on requests from the Global Labeling team. You will work closely with, among others, the team of Technical Writers in Denmark and an external translation vendor.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Work in a Global Labeling team – both independently and in collaboration with team to achieve overall on-time delivery goals

+ Collaborate closely with different roles across the organization as well as an external translation vendor

+ Manage high complexity in translation coordination tasks

+ Ensure compliance with global requirements for labeling translations (documented in our Quality Management System)

The requirements of the job include:

+ Master’s degree in Linguistics or similar

+ Multiple years of experience working with translation in a regulated industry

+ Fluency in English (written and spoken)

+ Experience working with component content management and translation management systems, as well as MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously – sometimes under tight deadlines

Travel requirements:

For introduction and training, travel to Denmark for 2-4 weeks can be expected. After that, occasional travel (maximum 1-2 times a year) may be expected.

+ Have previous experience working in an international/global team
