The role is responsible for managing APAC Purchase to Pay (P2P) Team for Beckman Coulter and leading the optimization and improvement across P2P teams. This position is reported to the Head, CFS P2P and is part of Leadership team in Centre of Financial Services (CFS).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Manage professional associates and/or supervisors and oversee and maintain full ownership and accountability of the end-to-end P2P processes, ensuring smooth delivery service for customers with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
+ Identify opportunities & lead process innovation (e.g., RPA, AI, Danaher Business Systems/Continuous Improvement) and implement best practices that lead to measurable improvements in cost, cycle time, and compliance for P2P regions.
+ Provide training for team members as requested and offer guidance.
+ Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges & provides guidance to associates, colleagues and/or customers.
+ Applies understanding of the business and how own area integrates with others to achieve departmental objectives.
+ Partner with Project Team and customers on P2P processes and tasks migration into CFS.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
+ Proven track record with at least 10-year experiences in the related field (preferably in a Shared Service environment), including minimal 5 years of progressive leadership experience with in-depth understanding of P2P concepts, theories and principles.
+ Proficient in Oracle R12 system, with hands-on experience optimizing system.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Offe Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Strong communication skills (reading, writing and speaking) in English and Mandarin.
+ Strong leadership, people management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
+ skills.
+ We versed in Co-Pilot, Power Pivot, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Automate, Macro and UiPath
+ etc would be an advantage. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities; understands and recognizes broader impact across the department.
