**The Financial Analyst position is in Grand Prairie, TX and will require the candidate to be onsite 2-3 days a week.**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist with month-end close for the plant, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS/USGAAP

+ Monitor Financial and Operational KPIs, such as headcount, production output, productivity and manufacturing costs. Prepare and present monthly to plant management.

+ Analyze cost development per department compared to Budget/FC and partnering with department managers to support data-driven decision-making

+ Prepare and/or review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations; research and resolve variances

+ Collaborate across a variety of groups at Siemens, including project management organization, segment controlling teams and plant management

+ Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes

+ Manage internal and external audit requests

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration

+ 5+ years of progressive controlling/accounting experience

+ Advanced analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with SAP and other digital platforms
