The Inventory Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in strengthening site operations by ensuring laboratories are consistently and efficiently supplied through effective procurement and logistics oversight. This role maintains lean inventory to control costs and optimize space, while developing streamlined processes and metrics that enhance operational visibility. Serving as a central liaison for suppliers, end users, and cross‑functional teams, the Inventory Operations Coordinator, ensures seamless, reliable day‑to‑day operations across the site.
This position reports to the Site Leader and is part of the Site Operations team located in Marlborough, MA and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
+ Manage procurement and logistical operations to support overall site operations.
+ Ensure central and satellite storage locations are accurately and appropriately stocked, including regular inventory counts.
+ Develop and sustain efficient logistics and procurement processes, including metric reporting.
+ Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers and end users to ensure operational and logistical needs are consistently met.
Who you are:
+ Demonstrated ability to self-manage effectively; highly organized and a proven problem solver who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, Procurement, Business, or a related discipline with at least three years of experience.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create, manage, and analyze documents, spreadsheets, and presentations effectively.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Inventory management, including maintaining accurate stock levels and performing regular inventory counts.
+ Hands-on experience with purchasing systems, including Oracle and iProcurement, to support efficient procurement workflows.

The annual salary range for this role is $64,000-105,500. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
