We are looking for a Field Technical expert to work with our expert India Service team of 60 employees across the South Asia region. Do you have a passion for Genmed & Downstream product technology? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

+ Working with the local field teams and the Global expert you’ll provide leadership and direction to ensure that our Field Engineers have the highest levels of technical competence relative to the product area you’re responsible for. You’ll do this by Completing JQS (Job Quality Standard) assessments with FEs. Based on the JQS collaboratively designing and implementing tailored FE support packages through on-the-job training, refresher training, mentoring visits and any other activity intended to enhance the knowledge in the field. Supporting a culture of continuous development and improvement

+ Support large projects through project management skills to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Be on field atleast 80% of time solving critical customer problems impacting customer productivity

+ Provide leadership with a detailed monthly report on open quality cases in Case-Management and the actions taken to drive quality improvements on Genmed & Downstream hardware and software.

+ Provide leadership with ideas and solutions to help grow the South Asia service business in coming years. Search for / develop best practices to help solve critical customer problems as well find new areas of Growth.

+ Lead “First In Country/Region” Installs & IQOQ as training opportunities – 10% of total time. Help develop and drive a remote-fix culture within service and where possible strive to support others remotely as a priority.

Who you are

+ At least 10 – 15 years of working experience with Genmed and Downstream hardware / software.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to share knowledge and train others

+ Experience with working in controlled, validated and compliant customer environments

+ Strong focus on Ergonomics, Health and Safety.

+ Willingness to travel within Region and also support other MCS projects as needed
