The Technician Shipping/Receiving and Distribution-Driver associate is responsible for Driving a box truck to deliver/pickup materials and place or retrieve them from multiple drop zone locations within a one-mile radius. The hours are 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime. This job requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet productivity standards.
This position reports to the Distribution Manager and is part of the Shipping, Receiving and Market dept., located in Chaska MN and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Work across multiple departments to pick and deliver multiple materials needed at multiple buildings.
+ Perform basic problem solving to resolve issues
+ Improve healthcare for patients by delivering critical materials
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Highschool Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 1year of experience driving a box truck.
+ A clean driving record. No more than two moving violations within past 24 months and no DUI within the past 5 years.
+ Passing a DOT physical.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
+ Ability to get in and out of a box truck multiple times per day to deliver boxes or packages up to 40lbs.
+ Must be able to use pallet jacks, electric and manual to move pallets of materials.
+ Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lb, any other physical requirements
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Standing Forklift operation
+ Computer Skills
+ Receiving or shipping processes.

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is 20.50-22.00/Hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
