The Master Scheduler / Supply Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading production planning, scheduling, and inventory control for a melt blown extrusion and cartridge manufacturing facility. This role owns the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for extrusion and downstream operations and serves as the plant’s primary supply‑planning lead within the S&OP process at our Timonium, Maryland manufacturing site. This is an onsite position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Own and manage the MPS for melt blown extrusion and cartridge finishing operations

+ Develop daily and weekly production schedules aligned to demand, capacity, labor, and material availability

+ Optimize extrusion sequencing and changeovers to minimize downtime, scrap, and yield loss

+ Lead site‑level inventory performance, including WIP and finished goods

+ Represent the plant in monthly S&OP and supply reviews, identifying constraints and developing scenario‑based plans

+ Provide leadership to production planners and collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics

+ Drive continuous improvement in schedule adherence, changeovers, lead times, and inventory turns

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

+ 7+ years of production or supply planning experience in a manufacturing environment (process manufacturing preferred) leadership experience preferred

+ Experience with extrusion, nonwovens, filtration, plastics, or similar operations a plus

+ Experience in advanced Excel and analytics capability

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience with:

+ Prior experience leading or supervising planners/schedulers

+ Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred) and solid analytical and communication skills

+ The salary range for this role is $105,000 – $115,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
