**Transform the everyday with us!**

**You will make an impact by:**

+ Coordinate and balance supply and demand. Evaluating customer requirements and material supply to develop detailed production plans to achieve a high level of schedule/sequence adherence.

+ Works closely with purchasing, warehouse, shipping and customer service to plan and prioritize orders to fulfill customer requirements on time and ensure maximum performance, considering resources needed and available, to meet, at the same time, our financial goals.

+ Drive and coordinate daily weekly shipping schedule/sequence.

+ Analyzes large amount of data to develop strategies for continuous improvement.

+ Review and work with Master Data Steward to update and/or fix SAP material master when needed.

+ Responsible for meeting delivery reliability, schedule adherence and cost saving/productivity initiatives for the site.

+ Prepare and publish performance reports.

+ Work closely with different departments to ensure accuracy of information and on time delivery.

+ Support purchasing team as needed.

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications** :

+ 2-4 years of experience in production planning or production control with ERP system in manufacturing environment.

+ BS/BA/BSE in related discipline, or advanced degree. Will consider experience in lieu of a degree

+ Advanced hands on knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel).

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on permanent and a continual basis without company sponsorship.

**Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**

+ APICS Certification

+ Lean Manufacturing experience

+ Microsoft Access
