Responsible for performing patent activities and/ or trademark activities as well as exclusivity analysis at varying levels of complexity. Interacts with the business and general legal to advise on patent and/or trademark activities, provide advice on product exclusivity and freedom to operate counseling. Requires Juris Doctor degree (or local country equivalent), admittance to local legal body (e.g., state bar or country bar) or a paralegal certificate.
