**We are looking for Financial Analyst. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC and will be hybrid/ remote.**
**You’ll make an impact by:**
+ Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and ongoing reporting (e.g., margin analysis, backlog reporting) and prepare monthly commentary explaining variances vs. forecast.
+ Manage and improve Order-to-Cash processes, including customer setup, order intake, invoicing, and cash receipt.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Project Management, Sales) to provide revenue/sales and cost analysis.
+ Develop and maintain management reporting and routine business analysis; deliver ad hoc analytics and special project support as needed.
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and/or accounting roles.
+ Experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, and process improvement; strong financial planning and analysis skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and build business insights.
+ Knowledge of IFRS 15 / US GAAP ASC 606 revenue recognition (PoC, CCM).
+ Proficiency in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and SAP (FI, CO).
+ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail; able to handle high-volume work while proactively collaborating to resolve unexpected challenges.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ MBA preferred.
+ Experience in a multinational organization preferred.
+ Experience with digitalization/automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
