**Our Recruiter is accountable for:**

+ Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels, industries, and geographic markets—focusing on direct hire and temp-to-hire roles across various sectors.

+ Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards, Kelly’s applicant tracking system, VMS, and other sourcing tools.

+ Receiving requisitions from account executives or market managers, scheduling and completing intake calls, managing candidate submissions, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the process.

+ Managing caseload of requisitions simultaneously across multiple clients and engaging in both high-volume/repeat and unique recruiting assignments.

+ Ensuring the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices in partnership with hiring managers.

+ Coordinating with a growing Canadian recruiting team and connecting closely with U.S.-based colleagues for knowledge sharing and mentorship.

+ Adapting quickly and proactively to a startup environment, helping build a new recruitment team

**Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:**

+ Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, account executives, market managers, and HR partners.

+ Results-driven—accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency.

+ Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Must be comfortable making proactive phone calls and driving results with a solution-oriented mindset.

+ Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills

+ Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, both verbally and in writing.

+ Able to work well independently in a remote capacity, while building and maintaining strong team connections across Canada and the U.S.

+ Experience collaborating with multiple clients, and comfortable working within a team that’s building operations.

+ Seeking a minimum of 2 years (ideally 2–3 years) of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial or professional capacity.

+ Experience with ATS systems is required.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $55,859 – $74,479 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
