**About the Role:**
As a **CBRE D&T Operations Sr. Manager** , you won’tjust manage a team—you will champion the reliability, speed, and airtightsecurity of our most complex technology systems. You will lead ahigh-performing squad dedicated to keeping our daily digital and criticalbuilding operations running flawlessly, ensuring our internal users always havethe world-class technical support and cutting-edge operational solutions theyneed to succeed.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Check the trainingand development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Overseethe recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities.Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and trackstaff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
+ Point of contact with the Information Security team toinstall and operationalize security controls
+ Review and approve vendors, contracts, and service levelagreements and perform vendor risk assessments.
+ Coordinate internal and external resources, timetables,budgets, and reporting to key project stakeholders and management.
+ Certify business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.
+ Oversee the audit process and approve responses torequests. • Evaluate multifaceted strategic solutions that leverage new andemerging technologies. Drive process automation and improve organizationaleffectiveness and efficiency.
+ Maintain professional and technical knowledge throughcontinued education. This includes training, attending educational workshops,networking,, etc.
+ Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline,and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmentalobjectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of viewwhile being guided by policies and departmental plans.
+ Identify and solve technical and operational problems ofcomplexity.
+ Understand and recognize the broader impact across thedepartment.
+ Improve and changeexisting methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5 – 8 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training,development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewardingperformance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, anddifficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broadoperational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple jobdisciplines, and department.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the D&T Senior Operations Manager position is $145,000 annually and the maximum salary is 250,000k annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
