**We are looking for Production Operators to join our teamon 2nd Shift. This position will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL.**
**Shift Hours:** 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
**Hourly Rate:** $20.21
**You’ll win us over by having the followingqualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, which mayinclude sitting, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and other movements asrequired throughout the workday
+ Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructionsin English, including assembly, testing, safety, and equipment documentation
+ Ability to assemble and adjust products in accordance with establishedwork instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
+ Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need forcurrent or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ HighSchool Diploma or GED
**You will make a difference by:**
+ Manufacturing products by following visual aids,written work instructions, established procedures, and verbal directions.
+ Operating hand, pneumatic, and power tools, aswell as small and large production equipment, material handling devices, andcomputer-controlled machinery.
+ Moving materials and components as needed tosupport production requirements and maintain efficient material flow.
+ Rotating between workstations, work cells, anddepartments to support operational needs and production schedules.
+ Completing and maintaining required production,quality, and departmental records.
+ Identifying and reporting process, equipment, orquality issues to appropriate personnel.
+ Performing product, equipment, and processsetups, adjustments, and changeovers in accordance with established procedures.
+ Supporting a safe, organized, and team-orientedwork environment while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
