This site will support approximately 1,700 employees and specialize in Busway and Busplug manufacturing, including metal and bar fabrication, powder painting, plating, epoxy, and assembly operations. As a **Materials Manager** , we count on you to ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will lead materials planning, inventory management, and material flow across fabrication, coating, and assembly operations at our Pendergrass site.

**You will make an impact by:**

+ We lead materials planning, scheduling, and inventory control to support production requirements.

+ We ensure material availability for metal fabrication, powder painting, plating, epoxy, and assembly processes.

+ We manage inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and inventory optimization initiatives.

+ We partner with procurement and suppliers to support continuity of supply and plant ramp-up.

+ We drive effective use of MRP/ERP systems and improve material flow and data accuracy.

+ We lead and develop materials, planning, and warehouse teams.

+ We support new product introductions, capacity increases, and continuous improvement efforts.

+ We promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and teamwork across the organization.

**You will win us over with the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ We typically look for a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

+ We value 8 or more years of materials management or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ We seek experience with complex manufacturing processes such as metal fabrication, coating, or assembly.

+ We prefer experience supporting plant start-ups or major production ramp-ups.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
