**We are looking for a Finance Transformation& Systems Analyst (Accounting & SAP Focus).**
**In this highly visible role, you’ll partnerwith Finance, IT, Shared Services, and business leaders to help modernizeaccounting processes, advance digital transformation initiatives, and supportthe successful integration of newly acquired businesses across Siemens.**

**You’ll make a difference by:**
+ **DrivingM&A and systems integrations** by helping onboardacquired businesses into Siemens’ financial ecosystem, ensuring accuratedata migration, process alignment, and compliance with Siemens standards.
+ **Leadingfinance transformation initiatives** through ERPimplementations, process automation, advanced analytics, AI-enabledsolutions, and continuous improvement programs.
+ **Ensuringfinancial data integrity** through systemreconciliations, validation activities, and financial reporting controls.
+ **Strengtheningaccounting processes and controls** to support accuratefinancial reporting and efficient global close activities.
+ **Developingimpactful reporting and analytics** using tools such asPower BI and Power Query to support data-driven decision making.
+ **Partneringwith accounting and revenue recognition leaders** tointegrate newly acquired businesses into Siemens’ financial andoperational processes.
**Your success is grounded in:**
+ Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
+ 3+years of progressive accounting, finance, financial reporting, or financetransformation experience
+ Experiencesupporting process improvement, automation, or digital transformationinitiatives
+ Experienceworking with ERP systems such as SAP
+ Advancedexperience with Power BI, Power Query, KNIME, or similar analytics andautomation tools
+ Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
+ Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
+ Abilityto collaborate effectively across finance, technology, and business teams
+ Self-motivatedwith a continuous improvement mindset

+ Experiencesupporting acquisitions, integrations, ERP migrations, or financetransformation initiatives
+ Experiencemapping business processes and improving financial workflows
+ Understandingof how accounting systems, data flows, and reporting platforms interact
+ Experiencewith Power Automate, Alteryx, Tableau, or other workflow automation tools
+ Experienceapplying AI or machine learning solutions within finance or accountingprocesses
+ Experiencepartnering with Finance, IT, Shared Services, and business stakeholders ontransformation initiatives
+ Abilityto translate complex financial or technical concepts into clear businessrecommendations
