**Description:**
We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior ExecutiveAssistant** to serve as a strategic partner to members of the Executive
Leadership Team.
This role extends far beyond traditional administrative
support. The Senior Executive Assistant acts as an Executive Business Partner
who enables organizational effectiveness, strengthens executive operating
rhythms, drives accountability for key initiatives, and ensures leaders are
focused on the highest-value business priorities.
Operating within a centralized Executive Support
organization, this individual serves as a trusted advisor and operational
partner to senior executives across Product, Technology, Strategy, and
Operations Support Services.
The successful candidate possesses exceptional business
acumen, executive presence, organizational intelligence, sound judgment, and
the ability to manage ambiguity while operating at the highest levels of the
organization.
**Work Location & Schedule**
+ Thisposition is based on site at our Siemens Asset Management Software USAoffice in Raleigh, North Carolina and requires in-office attendance Mondaythrough Friday during standard business hours. Relocation assistance willnot be provided.
+ Dueto the highly collaborative nature of supporting executive leadership,regular in-person partnership is essential to success in this role.
+ Additionalflexibility may be required to support executive schedules, leadershipmeetings, and key business priorities.

+ Ensureexecutive actions and commitments are translated into clear ownership,accountability, and follow-through.
**Executive Operations & Business RhythmManagement**
+ Manageexecutive operating cadences, including leadership team meetings,quarterly business reviews, annual planning cycles, strategic off-sites,board interactions, and company-wide communications.
+ Designand maintain systems that track priorities, commitments, milestones, andorganizational dependencies.
+ Driveexecution of leadership action items and strategic deliverables.
+ Monitorprogress against executive priorities and proactively escalate risks,bottlenecks, or missed commitments.
+ Coordinatecross-functional initiatives involving multiple executive leaders andstakeholder groups.
+ Improveorganizational efficiency through process optimization and operationaldiscipline.
**Executive Calendar & Priority Management**
+ Ownexecutive calendar strategy to optimize time, focus, and business impact.
+ Applybusiness judgment to prioritize meetings, requests, and competing demands.
+ Ensureexecutive time allocation reflects organizational priorities.
+ Balanceinternal leadership needs with customer, partner, investor, and employeeengagements.
+ Exerciseindependent decision-making regarding scheduling priorities and executiveaccess.
**Executive Communications & StakeholderManagement**
+ Facilitatecommunication between executive leaders and internal and externalstakeholders.
+ Draft,review, and coordinate executive communications, presentations, townhalls, talking points, and briefing materials.
+ Buildtrusted relationships with leaders across the organization.
+ Partnereffectively with executive leadership, customers, board members, externaladvisors, and business partners.
+ Serveas an ambassador for executive leaders, demonstrating professionalism,credibility, and sound judgment.
**Leadership Team Facilitation**
+ Driveplanning and execution of Executive Leadership Team meetings.
+ Supportagenda development, decision tracking, and leadership team effectiveness.
+ Facilitatepreparation for strategic planning sessions, business reviews, andexecutive off-sites.
+ Capturekey outcomes, decisions, risks, and follow-up actions.
+ Establishdisciplined governance around executive commitments and leadershippriorities.
**Executive Project & Program Leadership**
+ Independentlylead projects that improve executive effectiveness and organizationalperformance.
+ Coordinatecross-functional initiatives on behalf of executive leaders.
+ Developproject plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, andprogress reporting mechanisms.
+ Partnerwith senior leaders to remove obstacles and accelerate execution.
+ Identifyopportunities to simplify processes and improve organizational agility.
**Board & Corporate Governance Support**
+ Supportboard meeting preparation and governance activities.
+ Coordinateexecutive reviews, presentation materials, supporting documentation, anddecision packages.
+ Ensurealignment across executive stakeholders regarding board deliverables andtimelines.
+ Maintainstrict confidentiality of highly sensitive corporate information.
**AI, Productivity & Continuous Improvement**
+ LeverageAI-enabled workplace technologies, workflow automation, and digitalproductivity tools to improve executive support effectiveness.
+ Identifyopportunities to automate recurring administrative processes.
+ Usedata and analytics to improve executive productivity, meetingeffectiveness, and operational efficiency.
+ Championcontinuous improvement initiatives across the Executive Support function.
+ Contributeto development of best practices, standards, playbooks, andcapability-building programs for Executive Assistants.
