As a Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist supporting
electrical products manufacturing, you will turn supply chain data into smarter
decisions that improve material availability, inventory performance, and
production continuity. By strengthening procurement, warehouse, and
Purchase-to-Pay processes, you will help create the resilient flow of materials
and information needed to manufacture reliable electrical infrastructure. This
role is based on-site at our Fort Worth, Texas manufacturing facility, where close
collaboration with production and supply chain teams is essential.

**You will make an impact by:**

+ Collectingand analyzing supply chain, procurement, and inventory data in SAP andMicrosoft Excel to identify improvement opportunities and supportfact-based decisions.

+ Monitoringinventory levels, material requirements, and warehouse activity to improvematerial availability, reduce excess stock, and maintain productioncontinuity.

+ Coordinatingthe procurement of indirect materials with suppliers, purchasing teams,Production, and Project Management to support timely and cost-effectivedelivery.

+ ImprovingPurchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes by strengthening information flow,transaction accuracy, and cross-functional accountability.

+ Developingand executing supply chain improvement projects that increase inventoryaccuracy, procurement effectiveness, warehouse performance, andoperational efficiency.

+ Measuringsupply chain performance and preparing actionable reports, dashboards, andrecommendations for management using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, orsimilar analytics tools.

+ UtilizingSAP, warehouse management systems, and Material Requirements Planning(MRP) processes to support material planning, inventory control, andreliable manufacturing operations.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Hold abachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business,Engineering, or a related discipline, or an advanced degree.

+ Bringfive or more years of supply chain experience as a buyer, planner,inventory specialist, materials specialist, or in a related role within amanufacturing environment.

+ Havehands-on experience using SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system for purchasing, inventory management, Material RequirementsPlanning (MRP), or materials planning.

+ Haveapplied data analysis and forecasting techniques to develop actionableinsights using Microsoft Excel and SAP.

+ Haveexperience using Microsoft Office and data visualization tools such asMicrosoft Power BI or Tableau.

+ Demonstrateknowledge of inventory management, procurement coordination, forecasting,warehouse operations, and supply chain performance reporting.

+ Belegally authorized to work in the United States on a continual andpermanent basis without company sponsorship.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Holdan Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) certification, includingCertified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Planning andInventory Management (CPIM).

+ Havesupported electrical products, low-voltage equipment, industrialmanufacturing, or high-mix production environments.

+ Havedeveloped supply chain dashboards, forecasts, process metrics, andmanagement reports.

+ Haveimproved Purchase-to-Pay processes, inventory accuracy, supplierperformance, or warehouse management operations.

+ Demonstratestrong interpersonal and collaboration skills when working with productionteams, project managers, customers, and suppliers.

+ Haveapplied negotiation, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and continuousimprovement skills in a manufacturing environment.

+ Acombination of education and directly related work experience will also beconsidered in lieu of a degree.
