The Cash Application Analyst is a key role in the accounts receivable function, in accordance with Company policies and with audit compliance. Ensure incoming payment policies, procedures and process flows are adhered to, updated, and reviewed as per Company guidelines. This role supports the America Bekman time zone and working days.
This position reports to the Team Leader Naco Cash Application and is part of the Order to Cash Department, Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) and will be in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Manage Cash Application & Compliance: Oversee cash application processes across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies, SOX controls, and audit requirements.
+ Collaborate & Resolve Discrepancies: Work with internal teams to resolve payment issues, maintain healthy customer accounts, and support month-end/year-end closing with accurate reporting.
+ Analyze & Improve Processes: Reconcile accounts receivable, identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive efficiency within the Order-to-Cash process while mentoring team members.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
+ Experience: More than 1 years of experience in the related field is required for this position. (Preferably in a Shared Service environment).
+ Shift hours: Able to work in shift hours 2:00PM to 11:00PM
+ Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) ; Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities ; Operating knowledge of ERP system.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Experience in working Shared Service environment
+ Operating knowledge of ERP system – Oracle
