The Application Specialist is responsible for all after-sales activities within the assigned region of Belgium and Luxembourg, ensuring customer gain maximum clinical and operational value from Radiometer solutions.
This position reports to the Sales Manager and will be a remote role covering the assigned region of Belgium and Luxembourg.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Act as the knowledge point for customers to gain maximum value from all Radiometer products, working closely with Lab/ER/ICU/NICU/respiratory clinical staff
+ Liaise with hospitals POCT team to arrange and manage demo, clinical evaluations, installations, and post-sales clinical support
+ Be the Product expert to Radiometer customer, educating them in the effective use of Radiometer products and improve uptime.
+ Offering customer guidance on workflow design based on the clinical setting
+ Identify and communicate internally leads/opportunities for business growth at current customers
+ Work with the Sales and Account Manager within the area to generate profitable sales of Radiometer products
+ Collaborate with Service team on customer issues and implementation projects
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Clinical laboratory background with knowledge and experience of point of care testing or Nursing background with respiratory specialism.
+ Customer orientated, with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
+ Showcase previous project organisation skills, strong analytical and planning skills.
+ The ability to travel up to 80% of the time is required
+ Business fluent in English, French & Dutch
