**Senior Associate Field Excellence** **/** **Business, Data Analytics and Insights Senior Associate**

**What you will do**

You, as our Senior Associate Field Excellence/Business, Data Analytics and Insights Senior Associate will support the delivery of day to day D&A activities and delivery of sales and activities data to the country teams. The responsibilities include development and maintenance of data model and reporting in Tableau, resource planning and business analysis, performance tracking and monitoring, territory management and data quality and support for the wider business Units within ACCP and Amgen.

Some of the tasks related to that are:

+ Maintaining internal databases (master data, data validation, etc.)

+ Developing new and existing data models that are tailored to create insights about the sales of Amgen’s products.

+ Using reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau) to develop new and maintain existing reporting dashboards and to deliver insight and drive action for the affiliate teams

+ Build data governance with scalable processes, refresh scheduling, security, and monitoring of report quality

+ Support on capacity calculation and territories

+ Write Technical documentation of data models and applications

+ Field force sizing, targeting and efficacy/effectiveness

+ Supporting ACCP continuous improvement activities.

+ Supporting wider business units on an ad hoc basis (Finance/FP&A/Business Enablement).

**What we expect of you**

Our ideal candidate is a team player with customer focus. He/she is problem solving and result oriented and has time and process management skills and can compile data.

Proven experience and skills needed:

+ University Degree in engineering, mathematics, or data

+ 3+ years’ experience with reporting / data analyst / data integration role with increasing responsibilities and scope

+ Strong knowledge of MS Office tools ( Excel and PPT)

+ Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication

+ Consistent track record of achieving desired results

+ Persuasive, resilient and problem solver

+ Communication and interpersonal skills

+ Medium knowledge of Tableau or other similar BI tool

+ Strong knowledge of SQL

**Preferred Requirements:**

+ Working knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of Excel and other MS Office applications, VBA, ).

+ Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.

+ Knowledge of at least one ETL (Alteryx and Tableau Prep preferred)

+ Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.

+ Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.

+ Fluency in French both written and oral.
