Upjohn Export BV is an Export & Supply company supporting the business of the Upjohn division of Pfizer Inc for 75 markets with annual turnover of +650m$.

About our role

The Business Operations Lead Role will be a key enabler for Upjohn Export BV to deliver against its strategic vision to ‘Provide a single global platform that enables Upjohn to be a leader in the industry at delivering medicine to all patients in our export markets’.

Main responsibilities

+ Manage the Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) matrix framework within the Market Operations (MO), Intercompany Operations (IO) based customer service teams, logistics and Inventory Management team leads.

+ Own and manage the commercial & contractual relations with the key in market first paying customers.

+ Retail & Tender Business Leadership for the Upjohn Export BV markets in conjunction with the Upjohn Commercial Regional and in Market Leadership.

About you

+ Education: bachelor’s degree required, or higher.

+ Work experience: demonstrable (5 years + preferred) Commercial, Trade and/or Customer Service experience in the pharmaceutical marketplace required. People Management experience (5 years + preferred). Experience of SLA / TSA management, including SLA / TSA planning and metrics/performance management within an SLA / TSA framework is essential. Experience in export markets or cross market experience is an advantage.

+ Knowledge: a working knowledge of Trade and Trade compliance operations preferred. Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency required.

+ Competencies: the ability to work in complex, multi-market operations, at local and regional or global level. Strong interpersonal/communication, influencing, analytical, negotiation and commercial acumen skills.

+ Fluent spoken and written English language skills required. Multi-lingual skills preferred.
