**Role Summary**

The Business Performance Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the GCC AIN leadership team, driving operational excellence and business performance across the organisation. This role combines strategic planning, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with global priorities and deliver measurable impact. The position requires strong engagement with US Strategy teams to harmonise global initiatives and ensure consistency in execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Planning & Governance**

• Support GCC AIN leadership in defining strategic objectives and translating them into actionable plans.

• Coordinate quarterly and annual business reviews, ensuring insights are data-driven and actionable.

• Align regional priorities with global strategy through close collaboration with US Strategy teams.

**Performance Management**

• Develop and maintain dashboards for KPIs, resource utilisation, and financial performance.

• Analyse trends and identify performance gaps; recommend corrective actions to leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and performance measurement.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

• Act as a central point of contact for GCC AIN across multiple functions (Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR).

• Facilitate collaboration between regional teams and global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

• Lead cross-functional working groups to address operational challenges and implement best practices.

**Operational Excellence**

• Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Ensure governance frameworks are adhered to across all operational activities.

• Support change management efforts for new systems, processes, and organisational structures.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Communication**

• Prepare executive-level presentations and communication materials for leadership forums.

• Represent GCC AIN in global forums and task forces, ensuring regional perspectives are considered.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.

**Special Projects**

• Drive initiatives related to talent development, organisational health, and capability building.

• Support ad hoc strategic projects as directed by the Executive Director.

**Core Competencies**

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.

• Expertise in business performance metrics, operational reporting, and financial modelling.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment and lead cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel; familiarity with BI platforms is a plus.

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 8+ years of experience in business performance, strategic planning, or operations.

• Proven track record of working in global organizations and managing cross-functional projects.

• Experience collaborating with strategy teams and senior leadership.
