The Business Planning & Analysis team in the Spain Affiliate is looking for a Business Planning and Analysis Manager.
**BUSINESS PLANNING AND ANALYSIS MANAGER**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
In this role, your tasks and results will include the following:
+ Facilitates business planning and decision making; provides financial analysis, modelling of “what if” scenarios
+ Ensures timely production of sales forecasts and supports production planning
+ Monitors actual and forecasted cost and revenues (on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis)
+ Coordinates and consolidates budget, latest estimate and variance analysis
+ Leads long-term planning support activities
+ Analyses and prepares reports to the parent company
+ Ensures all company data is collected, derived and consolidated from all departments in order to produce reliable forecasting and plans
+ Leads projects locally and may participate in International projects
+ Initiates and coordinates BU and affiliate encompassing market research – ensures outputs are linked to planning assumptions
+ Develops, at the direction of the BUD (asked and not asked) and in collaboration with the other team members, market analyses in support of the product strategy
+ Communicates and provides direction to BU Managers about financial trends and their business implications
+ Leads data analysis to inform decisions at business level (e.g. Brand plans)

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
+ At least five years of relevant experience
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Fluent in English & Spanish, in oral and written communication
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Ability to manage complex information and extract powerful insights
+ Strong Excel, PowerPoint knowledge
+ Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP knowledge preferred
+ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
+ Team worker
